Once the kit will have received the approval as a diagnostic kit (CE mark) it will be distributed by pharmacies, health care centers, and through a network of international distributors.
Meanwhile, we make it available as a "research use only" and send it directly to the patients. To request your kit, please download an order form:

Fill in the form with your address, indicate the number of kits you want to order. You can calculate the total of your order (15€ per kit, plus VAT if applicable, plus shipping costs). If your currency is not euro, please go to the FAQ section of our site, you will find the prices in some other currencies.
You have three possibilities for payment: give your Visa/Master Card information on the form, pay using the Paypal system, or make a bank transfer. Do not forget that in the two latter cases we still need to receive an order form with your address; and we must be able to match the order form with the payment, so please indicate your name (as appearson the order form) as communication for your payment.

Completed forms can be sent back by fax (+32 2 48153 11), email (scanned) at info@proteabiopharma.com, or post (ProteaBiopharma, Z.1-Researchpark 100 B-1731 Zellik).
Allow 5-10 working days for kit delivery.

Har prøvd å bestille denne men gikk ikke å betale via PayPal, stod at de ikke kunne ta imot betaling akkurat nå, og har ikke fått svar på henvendelsen jeg sendte dem? Noen som vet hvordan man får tak i den eller allerede har kjøpt en?? Legen min tror jeg har ME men skulle gjerne tatt denne testen for å gi mer indikasjon om det kan være ME jeg har!
Jeg vet ikke noe om Paypal. Selv fylte jeg ut skjemaet, satte på kortnummer osv - og sendte bestillingen med faks.
